Our Range of rigid PVC films are manufactured on the two calendar lines dedicated to the production of pharma grade PVC films, under pressurised atmosphere using Good Manufacturing Process (GMP).

This provides consumers with international quality rigid films for all their packaging needs. We can supply international quality of PVC & PVDC coated films thickness ranging from 125 microns to 600 microns, coloured or colourless as require by the customer and it's packaging needs. Rigid films can be used for packing tablets, capsules, injectibles, ointments, needles, etc..

The entire production processes are carried out in accordance with the guidelines laiddown by Good Manufacturing Process (GMP). We achieve consistently high product quality by adhering rigorously to a quality assurance system and by controlling our processes with a combination of state-of-the-art computer controlled equipment and the most up-to-date calendering equipment. We ensure that the product reaching the customer is as per his requirements.

We can supply best quality of aluminium plain foils & also supply printed foils as per print matter given by the client. Our motto behind this job is to give clear and well printed aluminium foils in shortest delivery time. Aluminium foil is perfect prescription for pharmaceutical packaging.

We can provide cost effective solutions by supplying aluminium material having the following specifications :

• STRIP PACKING    : 30/40 Micron Aluminium foil LDPE or Heat Seal
                                   Lacquer as the sealant medium.
  
  
  
• BLISTER PACKING : 20/25/30 Micron aluminium foil Heat Seal lacquer
                                     as the sealant medium.
  
  
• For less sensitive/cost products we can offer 7.5 micron foil/30 GSM paper/75 gauge poly at a price similar to that of paper poly laminates.
