HIGH SPEED MIXER GRANULATORS 

High Speed Mixer Granulator was developed to meet the ever rising needs in the pharmaceutical, Chemical, Cosmetic & Food stuff industries. With the help of HSMG Dry Mixing, Wet Mixing, Wet Granulation occurs without the transfer of the mix and loose Granules produced in very short time. HSMG is desingned specifically to meet the GMP requirements. Finished products can be directly discharged to FBD trolley to other container for drying, without any extra efforts.

Working Principle: 

PTC HSMG working principle is based on two major factors essential for the mixing systems :

• Rotation of main Impeller close to the bottom of the mixing bowl and lifting the material upward. 

• The main Impeller sets the entire mixture in a whirling-rising-tumbling motion ensuring a quick and even distribution of all dry components which leads to an even wetting of every granule. 
  
  
  Special Features :

• Unit is designed to meet requirements of GMP 

• Contact Parts can be of SS 304/316 quality. 

• Specially designed control panel with timer. 

• Bowl, lid, mixing agitator, discharge housing and all other contact parts will be of stainless steel. 

• All M.S parts of the machine are cladded/covered with stainless steel. 

• Components of the machine are having easy accessiblity for cleaning. 

• All electrical & pneumatic parts are prewired to simplify installation. 

• Discharge can be provided on either side to clients requirement.
