Fluid Bed Dryer's are single piece construction to suit
GMP standard.
The Fluid Dryers are provided with explosion flap made
out of thin aluminium or stainless steel sheet and in
case of excess pressure, the pressure is relieved
through the explosion vent located on the rear or top of
the unit.

The standard air handling equipment includes remotely located horizontal unit containing air filteration unit comprising of 20 & 5 micron filter and steam radiator.
Two nos. heavy duty sturdy locking clamps are provided to clamp the product container with integrated retarding chamber cum filter bag housing thereby ensuring that pressure of explosion is released only through explosion vent.

exhaust butterfly valve.
- Product container
lifting platform and air cylinder replaced by
penumatically operated gasket.
- Rapid Change of filter
bag.
