BOROSILICATE GLASSWARE - Dry HCL Gas generation plant

 

PTCExports supplies various Dry HCL Gas generation plants based on different proceses ranging from min. capacity of 4 kg/hr to max. capacity of 200 kg/hr.

The principle material of construction for the gas generation plant is low expansion Borosilicate glass.

All glass components manufactured are comply with the international standards (BS 2598). The basic principles of the above standards are satisfied for certain specialized components not covered in the standards.All the wetted parts of the system are fabricrated from corrosion resistant material (glass/PTFE) for the process conditions envisaged. There are no moving parts in the system. The system can be upgraded for control instrumentation, if so desired. With adequate and properly designed supporting structure, coupled with our specialised erection skills; we guarantee a trouble free plant.
