Rotary Bottle Washing Machine is truly G.M.P. model of
rotary type bottle washer built sturdy for years of
service.The Machine does not have the conventional type
of motor and pumps. It is fitted with 4 nos. stainless
steel syringe pumps working by the drive from the motor
and gear box of the main machine.
Advantages :
Since the pumping is done by
s.s syringe pumps no messy plumbing etc. is required.
Water consumption is
controlled as required by the size of bottle being washed
due to usage of s.s syringe pumps on which volume of
washing media can be reduced or increased easily by stroke
adjustment.
Power consumption is minimum
as no separate motors are required for pumping.
Machine can be easily moved
for cleaning because it in on castor wheels and also
because no permanent plumbing affixation is necessary.
Provides one outside wash
and three inside powerful jetwashes to each bottle.
